📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that may arise during the order lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
