📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting job interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Maintaining and updating employee records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Supporting the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assisting in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
• Providing general HR support to all departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
