As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our commercial activities, working closely with regional managers to ensure smooth operations and maximize market penetration. You will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate commercial activities with regional managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive growth.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets.
• Manage commercial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance commercial skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial coordination or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with IVD industry and regulations.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
