📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain our ERP system using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Implement and optimize inventory management, sales & purchasing, financial accounting, and human resources modules.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, with a focus on ERP systems.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Experience with SQL databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
