📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems, including ABC analysis and reorder point calculations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement inventory management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning and inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
