📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement global expansion strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the global market.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with the company's vision and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of global expansion initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are competitive and innovative.
• Prepare and present strategic reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning and business development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of global market trends, competitive analysis, and strategic planning tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and Porter's Five Forces.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using strategic planning software such as IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS Enterprise Miner, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
