📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products/services.,Qualify leads and provide information about our products/services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales performance.,Stay updated with market trends and industry news.,Attend training sessions and sales meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
