📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student services department, ensuring all student needs are met.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance student services and support.,Coordinate with faculty, staff, and other departments to provide comprehensive support to students.,Monitor student progress and provide timely interventions to address any academic or personal challenges.,Organize and facilitate student activities, events, and programs to foster a sense of community and belonging.,Maintain accurate records and reports on student services and outcomes.,Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for new students.,Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment that supports diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in student services or a related role in higher education.,Strong knowledge of student development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using office software and student information systems.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
