📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed.,Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, to attract and retain our audience.,Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach campaigns, including email marketing, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and fostering a positive brand community.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our strategy.,Assist in the development and execution of our content calendar and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.,Proven experience in creating and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop fresh ideas and concepts.,Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
