📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on the performance of the logistics department.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.,Strong understanding of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using logistics software and tools.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry is a plus.
