Tech Quick Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our remote outlet. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or outlet management.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
