PT Maju Emas is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Respond to emergency situations and provide support to drivers in case of breakdowns or accidents.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
