📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with palm oil mills across Sumatera Utara.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure our products meet the specific needs and standards of our clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen professional relationships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and business development activities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as part of the job.
