📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of QC staff, providing guidance and support to improve their performance and skills.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on identified issues and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into all aspects of operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency.,Ensure that all team members are trained and certified in relevant quality control procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a proven track record in leading and mentoring a team.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Certifications in relevant quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
