📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inclusive education programs tailored to the needs of students with diverse learning abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize educational tools and software such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and specialized inclusive education platforms.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for individual learning plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in inclusive education through continuous professional development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive education policies and strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inclusive education.
• Certification in inclusive education or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and specialized inclusive education platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to the principles of inclusive education and diversity.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
