📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advice and assistance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients to minimize their tax liabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation and reports.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience with tax software and accounting systems is a plus.
  • Valid tax consultant certification is a plus.
