As a Freelance Live Streaming Host, you will work closely with our in-house team and external partners to plan, produce, and host live streaming events that showcase the latest trends and products in the beauty and lifestyle industry. You will need to be proficient in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar tools, and have a good understanding of social media platforms and live commerce platforms like Shopee Live, Tokopedia Live, or Lazada Live.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming events for beauty and lifestyle brands, engaging with the audience and driving sales.
• Plan and prepare content for live streaming events, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with in-house and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of live streaming events.
• Promote live streaming events on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service to audience members, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Analyze live streaming event performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and lifestyle industry to ensure that live streaming events are relevant and engaging.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live streaming host or similar role, with a strong track record of engaging audiences and driving sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and live commerce platforms like Shopee Live, Tokopedia Live, or Lazada Live.
• Strong knowledge of the beauty and lifestyle industry, including the latest trends and products.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM card and transportation to commute to live streaming events.
