📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of compliance officers in conducting KYC/AML due diligence processes.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with international standards and local regulations.
Monitor and report on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
Conduct training and awareness programs for the team on KYC/AML best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures into fintech products and services.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations, such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Perform regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Foster a culture of compliance and ethics within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC/AML compliance, preferably in the fintech industry.
Certification in KYC/AML compliance, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Strong understanding of Indonesian and international regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to, OJK, FATF, and Basel III.
Proficient in using compliance management software, such as AML Compliance Solutions or Compliance 360.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
