📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual targets.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential donors, corporate partners, and community leaders.
• Organize and host high-profile fundraising events, such as galas, dinners, and workshops.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the impact of our programs.
• Manage and track fundraising campaigns using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to amplify fundraising efforts.
• Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and progress towards targets.
• Represent Plan International at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
