In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Plan and organize work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
