PT Mulya Wardhana is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Staff to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. This role is crucial in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to meet daily targets.,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.,Maintain and update production records and reports accurately.,Support the production team in resolving any issues or bottlenecks.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflow.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
