📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Oversee front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.,Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental budgets and operational plans.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve departmental and hotel-wide goals.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
