📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and other written materials for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Develop and implement a documentation strategy to support our products and services.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
