🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and repair procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges and implement solutions.,Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.,Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
