📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Reviewing financial statements and records to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management to address identified issues.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
