📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
