📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Oversee the preparation of food items in the kitchen, ensuring they are cooked to the correct temperature and quality.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.,Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring they understand and follow food safety and hygiene practices.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes are in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
