📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
  • Lead and mentor your team to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to your team.
  • Participate in training programs and initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other store managers and corporate teams to drive store performance and growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
