📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain high-precision assembly equipment, including CNC machines and automated assembly lines.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, working closely with engineering and production teams.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
• Document equipment performance and maintenance activities for record-keeping and analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly equipment maintenance and operation, preferably in the electronics or data storage industry.
• Proven knowledge of CNC machines, automated assembly lines, and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including power supplies, control panels, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
