📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement agronomic strategies to enhance crop productivity and sustainability.
• Conduct soil and crop analysis using advanced tools such as GPS, drones, and GIS software.
• Provide technical support and training to local farmers on best practices in crop management.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to innovate and adopt new agricultural technologies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of agricultural projects, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Participate in field visits and surveys to assess the needs and challenges of farming communities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agronomy, crop management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of soil science, crop physiology, and agricultural technology.
• Proficiency in using GPS, drones, GIS software, and other advanced agricultural tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers, researchers, and stakeholders.
